Welcome to Bethel United Reformed Church of Calgary, Alberta. We have two worship services every Sunday:
At Bethel United Reformed Church, we believe that the Bible, comprising the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments, is God's inspired, infallible, and inerrant Word. It is the final authority on matters of doctrine and life. It is the Holy Spirit who sovereignly applies the Gospel to us by working repentance and faith into the hearts of God's chosen, covenant people. The Head of our church is Jesus Christ, who has appointed officers for the care and nurture of His body. |

| WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE? Read what we believe concerning The Word of God, The Trinity, God the Father, Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit, Regeneration, The Sacraments and Christian Conduct. HOW DOES THE BIBLE APPLY TO CHRISTIANS IN A MODERN WORLD? Many people today do not know what is true or false and right or wrong. But the Bible is clear on what is right and how that gives glory to God; and what is wrong and how that is sinful. It applies to the way we Worship, Christian Living, Creation, the Sanctity of Life and Men and Women. WHAT CREEDS AND CONFESSIONS DO YOU ADHERE TO? If you wonder about the difference between the Ecumenical Creeds and the Reformed Confessions, or for those who wonder about the need for creeds & confessions at all, please check out the paper "A Plea for Creeds" written by Rev. Ronald Hanko. He writes... " History has proved that, especially in this century. In refusing to have creeds or in moving away from her creeds the church has exposed herself to the chaos that the floods and winds of doctrinal change, spiritual ignorance, and worldliness bring."
